Over 15 years coaching in high-pressure environments — combat sports, athletics, professional performance, and executive leadership. Joseph brings something that formal training alone can't manufacture: a deep, pressure-tested understanding of what humans actually do when it gets hard.
His work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, embodied leadership, and real-world performance. If you've heard him speak, you know there's no performance. Just presence.

CO-FOUNDER & FACILITATOR
Aesha brings depth, intuition, and an embodied presence to the B.Human Movement that grounds the work in something felt, not just understood. Her facilitation reaches the places that logic can't.
Working closely with BHOS participants through the somatic and integration phases of the program, Aesha creates a container where genuine change becomes possible — not just planned.
