Securing Your Spot on B.Human Bali Resilience Retreat

To reserve your place on the Retreat, the following steps are required:

1. Application Approval
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be eligible to officially secure your spot.

2. Deposit Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $700 AUD is required within 7 days of your application approval to confirm your place.
Once your deposit is received, we will update your balance and send your invoice, reflecting your chosen room and payment plan.
Your full balance is due no later than 30 days before the retreat check-in date.
Note: Invoices will be issued on specific dates. Timely payments are essential to secure your booking.

3. Room Pricing
Retreat pricing is tiered based on your room selection.
Prices range between $2,800 AUD and $5,575AUD per person, depending on the suite type you choose during your application.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we aim to balance flexibility with the integrity of the retreat. Please read our policy below:
• Deposit: The $700 AUD deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation more than 75 days before check-in: 50% of your payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 75 days of check-in: No refunds will be issued.

5. Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 60 days of the retreat start date, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours.
For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required within 48 hours.
All last-minute bookings are non-refundable.
