OUR MODALITIES/METHODS

Breath-work & Energetics:

We teach teams effective breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and boost focus. Breath patterns can also activate different brain wave states, helping to change beliefs and set ideas that maybe holding you back or limit you as they are the patterns that dictate about 95% of your day. Energetic practices harness the influence of resonance, aligning team members' energies to create a harmonious and productive environment. Furthermore, we understand that the body keeps score of past traumas, storing them physically and emotionally. By incorporating breathwork, we help release these stored traumas, which enhances overall mental clarity, emotional balance, and team cohesion.

Trauma-Informed Coaching:

As trauma-informed coaches, we address the impact of past experiences on current behaviours. We provide strategies to help team members release stored trauma from the body, both physical and emotional, build resilience, and support each other, fostering a safe and understanding space. This approach enhances trust, communication, and collective resilience.

NLP Techniques:

We use neuro-linguistic programming to enhance communication, build rapport, and facilitate positive change within teams. These techniques help team members understand and leverage their strengths, improving collaboration and effectiveness. The result is a more adaptable, innovative, and high-performing team.

Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA Coaching:

Drawing from professional and amateur boxing, kickboxing, and MMA coaching, we incorporate physical training to build mental toughness, discipline, and camaraderie. These sessions enhance physical fitness while strengthening the team's unity and resilience. Physical challenges translate to mental and emotional resilience, essential for team success.

Mindfulness Training:

We incorporate mindfulness techniques inspired by Ellen Langer's research to help teams improve focus, reduce stress, and increase overall performance. Mindfulness practices enhance awareness and presence, allowing team members to engage fully in the moment and make better decisions. A recent study by Dr. Langer (2020) found that mindfulness training can lead to significant improvements in attention, cognitive flexibility, and stress reduction, all of which are crucial for high-achieving teams.

Visualisation Meditation:

We use visualisation meditation techniques, such as those popularised by Dr. Joe Dispenza, to help teams create a powerful mental image of success and align their actions with their goals. Dr. Dispenza's research has shown that visualisation can significantly enhance motivation, focus, and performance. A study published in the journal  Frontiers in Psychology (2019) demonstrated that individuals who practiced visualisation meditation showed improved mental resilience, reduced anxiety, and better performance outcomes in high-pressure situations as the body does not register the difference between an actual physical experience or a perceived or imagined experience.

Studies by Lynne McTaggart have shown that collective intention setting can amplify what teams aim to create, increasing coherence and effectiveness.
